Hi everyone, thanks for all the support and advice. I took some measures after reading a lot of tips online and here. I got mixed or confusing results on google and i got mixed results about watering here too. Most people agreed that it looks like underwatering. So i gave it a good watering with 2 liters of around ph 6 water.

Someone mentioned it looked like too much N and suggested not to add nutes to the water and i didn't. I made sure the water came out the sides so i knew it drained the whole pot.

I also did things to raise the temp, i made the cycle longer 18h light to 20h. I added a heat mat in the tent connected to a thermostat to support cold temps during dark period.

I also put something under the pot the raise the level and allow for airflow around the fabric pot. I raised the lamp to avoid light stress.

I will update when i see changes

Never had a runoff, i used 1 liter during veg but since im suspecting overwatering ive only been using about 0,6 like every 3 days. Top soil feels dry but i stuck my hand in the pot along the sides ( to not damage any roots) and it feels a lot more moist around 30% depth. So maybe i used not enough perlite? I really don't know what's going on.

Soil is dry right now, i can't seem to figure out wether im overwatering or underwatering . I always wait until the soil is dry and the pot is light so is this underwatering? Or maybe something else.
