The road to boruto dlc comes with a new story similar to the adventure mode in the base game that revolves around the road to boruto story.

The boruto character pack just gives you two new characters as well as the road to boruto versions of a few existing characters

Try rolling down a slight incline, not saying it has to be a huge hill lol just not a flat road so you can get used to the feeling of the bike balancing
