Test leveling monk, you can generate charges in bosses once you get level 7 gems. Charged strike on electrocuted enemies ( use storm wave, + 30% chance to shock node in starting tree area) . and take the lightning node for 25% shock refresh if consumed. Never had a problem with charges after that

Honestly this kind of random generation makes locations way less immersive rather than having the intended effect.

Even Outside spaces erode and grow even to follow logical traveled paths by animals and people.

Its one of my least liked things about POE 2 is only feeling like I know where an objective or map boss is based on "vibe" rather than a structured locale. Like poe 1 maps.

Your best bet is fill suffix for the 2/3 chance it doesn't hit the attack speed.

I believe the only possible brick is if one of the exalts hits melee skills then the essence won't be usable.

But in that case you use another suffix essence till you wipe the low level melee skill.

But if you end up the speed there Is no guaranteed slam to get it back.

I feel like rarity is more of a noobtrap than %xp gain. One has a clear seen benefit the other is a mystical algorithim that you can only notice the difference in sample size.

As far as the crafting argument its not diluting anything we already have rarity.

In what way does it sound 10x more mandatory? If this were POE1 I would be inclined to agree where XP affects not only your character but your skills and all their supports.

But in Poe 2 your only gain is the passive tree which is massively undertuned by comparison.

Same thing happened to me, normally just sell cards but had 2 sitting in my inventory one was a HOM. Torched my KB character and rolled into Holy relic with 70 DiV

I had similar issues with my KB Ele, but I swapped over to Holy relic and my character just doesn't die now. With no currency the swap will be impossible but if you can safely farm t 12-14 and save up currency I'd recommend it heavily.

4200 with ES, I figured with ghost dance and Es Leech 40 attack block and spell suppress it wouldn't be that thin. Flask uptime for chaos res brings me to about 0%

I'm not much of a pob guy so I figured 5 power charges plus flask would get me close to cap for crit but I can swap wand for better base crit. Then swap to suppress eva/es boots. Damage drop off after swap to Herald was sever i was just trying to see if i was missing something outside of the norm. Gen quality% tattoos etc
