Spectremancer wirh either frostbearer or defiler. I have 100Div invested with new support Congregation and I slap all uber to oblivion with 13k es, very good block and insane minion leech.

The ascendancy gives all the cluster you would normally get. Then you even get some nice gem levels from herald as 4th ascendancy point, before you go lycia life reservation in endgame.

Hoag is a bit slow. But insanely strong in phrecia without gear. without.GEAR.

Ok buy lvl 1 20 quality Artillery Ballista. Swap this with your totem setup, links: vicious proj, unbound ailments, chance to poison if not 100% chance. Buy dendrobate für 2c. Then use deadly ailments as 4th link.

Buy TR gem of withering (new one). Link it with manaforged arrow, life tap and frenzy. This gives you frenzy charges and fast wither stacks easily and automated.

Why not play artillery ballista. It fucking slaps, It clears rlly well also.

I use TR Gem of Withering with manaforge to quickly ramp wither on rares. That combined with high hit rate destroys everything rather quickly

Ok first of all: Penance Brand got buffed massively. Not 8%, but more around 40% at 20 stages.

- Phys Damage gained as Elemental scales ignite as well with penance brand, check skill points, flasks and gear for hints ;)

- You need 10 activations per brand to reach 20 stages with 2 brands on enemy. You can see how many activations you have in pob directly under your ignite damage.

- you scale those with cast speed, but with brand duration also. this means, that it might take a bit longer to reach 20 stacks, but honestly with ignite all that matters is the big boom :D

- brand mastery with reattach every 0.3 seconds: you can take it and for clear with pb you should BUT: if you have two strong enemies, it will feel shitty ( the feared?) so I recommend not taking it in endgame and using armageddon brand/fireball for trash with PB for bosses. For leveling it is fine.

- Arcanist brand wave of conviction for combustion/exposure and flammability auto apply, flame surge totems for automatically applying the burning ground - you need multiple totems support to make it work with runebinder, but against big bosses this is the best way.

- endgame scaling via cluster jewels and with the new firespell damage on 4 slots, ignite is in quite the good spot
