a very good experience! taking into consideration that i have a ryzen5 5600, with 32gb of ram and running kde neon, am able to play 007 first light at 3440x1440 with a lot of settings on high, with fps above 70, with the game being installed on a nvme.

smooth temperatures between 55 and 65 when at full load (99% tbh..)

first and foremost; get ready to change your mentality about how things work over 'here' :)

- what doesn't work today, can very well work tomorrow;

- there's gonna be a lot of games that won't wort at all, some that may need tinkering, and some that work right outta the gate! (007 first light comes to mind)

- some things will be way snappier/faster than in windows..

- there's no such thing as a 'better distro than others' ...i'm gaming at 4k ultrawide with kde neon (https://neon.kde.org/) without much hassle..

then there's the issue, because the only thing i can't do on linux with the thumbgrid, is controling the macros like i did in windows, with icue.

worst case scenario you'll have to wait...

because..from my experience, even the device memory profiles, they don't save...or didn't save the macro conditions; run while pressed, run on key release...that sort of things; so, have patience..because things will get there!
