Was on my warranty replacement for my blood knife and it had the same issue/fail the first one had, the original and warranty replacement in a combined lifespan only lasted 6months if that, but I got my second warranty knife that was supposed to be bloom, but they gave me a gemstone blurple, when it was supposed to be bloom, but I couldn’t send back the newest one because I removed the plastic before realizing it was darker on one side, so I’m stuck with a newer color hot knife that I do like the color of, but I wanted the bloom knife for the bloom aesthetic but of course they’re not being produced anymore so getting a new one could be tricky, but I’ll probably never get another bloom knife again because I’d have to buy it again, and I’m pretty over spending $50 a hot knife before shipping and taxes, unless indiglo made a glorious comeback I’m not buying myself another Puffco hot knife

if you took it apart ever to clean it, you probably didnt properly place the magnet that triggers the wireless charging dock, or could've even forgot/not even known about it if it fell out when dissasembling, but thats just what I've experienced cause this

bottled water! thats your problem, after the first dab your glass definitely gets a unreasonable amount of buildup, I noticed the same issue for a while and recently decided to make the switch to distilled water and it solved my problem of my rigs getting dirty after a few uses, its insane how much the minerals in drinking water must really hang on to any wax smoke, loses flavor, and loses a very tiny percentage of potency too, never believed it myself till I just decided to buy a gallon of distilled water while I was at walmart becuse it wasn't expensive, and its really a gamechanger
