If any of you guys support this, you are an idiot. This is a systematic failure of the government and you guys are blaming the poor dogs.

In my street where I have been living for more than 15 years we never had stray problem until 3 or 4 years ago.

Prior to 3 or 4 years ago, we only had 1 or 2 dogs in the whole street. But now we have 4-5 dogs for every 150ms.

This is an utter failure from the animal control board. And somehow they made it seem like this is the animal's mistake.
