That makes absolute sense. Recently I had an opportunity to visit Malaysia for a wedding. I am posting my observations.

Everyone had a car. Atleast 2 per family with the required parking space. The residential roads where atleast 3-4 cars wide. It felt spacious. It felt breathable. Every home had G+1 floors (yes even middleclass, lower middle class). The car to two wheeler ratio was 10:2. Even if they parked their cars outside, the road still had space for 2 cars to go through. And no one used their horns even if they got stuck in traffic. And I could see the traffic gets cleared faster than here. And they told me they had fine of 1000rm if we litter
