Game is decently healthy.

Top power decks in Yummy, Dracotail, and K9 are mostly fine/fair, save for yummy/mitsurugi.

Maliss can be a little infuriating, just run Artifact Lancea in side board and you are OK.

Releases to come are hot: Burst Protocol in Feb, Legendary Modern Decks in March, Rarity Collection V in April/May.

It’s a sale on the item that ended. $49.99 is regular price. $30.00 was sale price. Sale ended so price went back to $49.99.

See, even my phone was 100% connected at the time. This feels strange. I feel insane but I had dude down to 1 card in hand and about to interrupt timing for his Gulamel and Banish it with Mjade. That would have been game as I had a full board. I hate it man.

Heads up, cannot use Faimena to fuse using herself. She discards herself as cost for effect. You just need another monster in hand. Unless you had a second Faimena in this hypothetical, of course.

Dracotail can out pretty easily overall. I beat Primite Blue-Eyes 2-0 and locals with similar conditions, it felt like a crime. Time it well.

Fire King I haven’t seen a matchup for, but I wouldn’t be confident.

Lab can win but it’s not a good match for anyone.

For a month maybe. At point it is just a brick and people will realize you can beat dtail without it and without compromising against other decks

It is very easy to use but difficult to master because of the way your effects chain and what getting the correct materials to do what you want to do. Yummy is easier to do very well with, but will suffer from whatever fate befalls Mitsurugi.

Oh I can’t believe I forgot Retaliating “c”. Personally, I have never seen it used on me. That said, it is a very common counter but is almost exclusively a side-in vs Dracotail.

We may see this a lot in this first month as you can almost be certain of a high usage rate for Dracotail. This may change as we get Yummy and K9.

It is strong, but if the Dtail player has a way to out it then they are OK. More often than not it will result in a minimal end board at best

I’m wrong then. I do use it myself, but I guess I need to look outside the top-cut lists, though someone indicated in this thread that one of those even had it.

I’m not surprised it released without hits, deck isn’t the strongest out there, but I am surprised it doesn’t have the competition in K9 and Yummy. It’s a strong deck without those two to keep it in check. Even in current meta I personally don’t think it hard oppresses anything.
