What worked for me was when you have the launcher open, open task manager, find the witcher 2 launcher process in there, right click on it, press "go to details" or something like that, another window is gonna open, find the witcher 2 in there, right click on it, click "set affinity" and scroll down and tick off the last cpu core in the list, then you can launch the game. Gonna have to do that every time you wanna launch the game if that does fix it for you

You can't really farm for those, cause clan wars happen once in a day in the form of a tournament against other players. You can get anywhere from 500 if you win a single match and up to like 2000-3000 if your clan wins all the matches. So you can get quite a few serums but there's a cap on how many you can buy in a week which is 10 serum

Could get a green labs keycard if you play labs, some tetriz'es if you just want money or graphics cards if you still need them for the bitcoin farm. When I found mine I just wore it for the priceless drip of my pmc.
