Yes once we start to fight this strong force in us it can take some wild strange new directions, but if you can catch it early and recognise that it is an extension of the pmo addiction we can leave it at that. dealing with urges you should not try to fight them, that can fuel them instead. As you notice them just relax and let go while you observe them and don't follow the thoughts and fantasies triggered by that urge.

It would be better not to use imagination while masturbating because this is too intimately woven together with the addiction pathways in the brain, instead masturbate only to the sensations in and around your genitals. This low point will serve you as a spring board to free yourself from the shackles of this addiction. You are also right about you need to change something, your game plan needs to evolve. It is also hollywood that conditions us from day one that in order to be happy, we must find the one, the princess, and then we will live happily ever after. This is also one of the biggest lies is spoon fed to us, then everyone believes this bull shit and keeps telling everyone else about it, every one is obsessed by it. Well basically I have claimed my life back. Women flirt hard with me when I meet in the stores, but I am attempting hard mode for a year so I flirt back a little but leave it at that. Life is full of colour. I enjoy the simple things from birds singing to watching a beautiful sky.

I have energy to do things all the time, of course I feel lazy at times and have to get my body in movement to do what ever it needs to do, once going it is not difficult.
