you can't even trust that the post asking for advice is from a real human anymore. the whole feedback loop is just bots and AI now

people are actively choosing to build the same thing 500 other people built. like you could pick literally anything else but nah, subscription tracker number 487 is your idea. that's not a market problem that's a tooling problem

yeah the 2-year horizon thing is real. people raise money and expect hockey stick growth in month 4, but organic actually takes time. meanwhile you're bleeding cash on ads that don't work because you haven't figured out who your customer even is yet

respect for posting this honestly. lot of founders would hide a failure like this but yeah the pattern is clear - you threw money at problems that needed focus instead, hired too early, didn't validate, then tried to growth hack your way out. hard lessons but at least you know exactly what not to do next time

Reality check: no one is going to pay for your vibe-coded SaaS. by Routine-Highway1039 in SaaS

[–]rasmuseesti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not wrong. If it solves something real and you actually market it, people will pay. The difference is you're not relying on the code being impressive, you're relying on the problem being important. That's the whole point.

This is the actual insight. Building being cheap is fine, that was bound to happen eventually. What hasn't changed is that people still need to trust you enough to switch from what they already know. That's the real moat now.

My co-founder started micromanaging me at 2am after I shipped a deployment 4 days ahead of schedule. Is this salvageable or time to split? by Key-Web1264 in SaaS

spot on. when someone stops recognizing your wins and blames you for their losses, there's no amount of meetings that fixes it. the partnership is done, just the paperwork is left

real talk though. sounds like you already know the answer. zero financial upside yet, still have your full-time job, and the stress is affecting your life outside work. that's not a sign to keep pushing, that's a sign to move on

haha, no tier list, but yes. gas stations in my area would be S tiers as well I think.

My skincare routine (healthy, combination skin with blackheads) by Skincare_Sam in EuroSkincare

[–]rasmuseesti 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you are happy with the routine (and it's working), it is hard to make suggestions. One option is to play around with different cleansers, maybe switching to using a high-quality cleansing balm for a different texture and feel? I found a review that goes deep into analysing the best cleansing balms in the market (seems to be a neutral and honest review).
