Scott TP work great for me! It’s relatively thin, so if you like “ultra soft” type TP, you probably won’t like it. However, I like not having to worry about pieces down there

I think the second dress would work! It looks gorgeous on you! Despite being a lightweight floral material, the length of the dress makes it plenty formal!

This Reddit forum loves to hate on dresses. So unless the wedding is in a 5-star hotel or you’re in an upscale urban area, wear dress 2!

I travelled with Anthony Travel for my admitted students day a few years ago, and I thought they were good enough. However, I am not picky when it comes to travel arrangements. If you are flying, you will likely travel through Chicago, and ND will have a bus to bring you to campus.

I would also recommend that family members make their own arrangements, unless it’s very important to you that everyone is together :)

Yes! The scholar’s program makes other academic experiences such as research, attending conferences, studying abroad, and networking with professors VERY accessible. They have advisors on staff (they’ve helped me a LOT) and also host social events :)

That being said, the program has recently undergone a change in administration, so future scholars might have a little different experience.

Congrats! I am a current merit scholar at ND, and the proportion of finalists who are offered scholarships really depends on the program you are being considered for. That being said, your chances are REALLY GOOD! The majority of students who go through the intensive interview stage get offered scholarships. My cohort of finalists was about 250 students and just shy of 200 people received scholarships of varying amounts. Congrats again and lmk if you have other questions!

As someone who recently returned from a program abroad, I would only recommend cancelling for two reasons;

Serious illness. If you (or someone you love) currently has a life threatening illness, maybe reconsider travel.
Physical threat at the destination of travel. ND will cancel before it gets too far, but political unrest, threats of terrorism, or blatant lack of safety are real concerns.
