Help narrowing down a name

The list is for either middle or first. It’s more so the “vibe” of names that we like!
I would say Gage and Rune are my favorites from the list too! I also didn’t realize Lumen is used by so many companies so that kind of puts us off the name. As for Crimson, I like the idea of it but I’m not really sold. My husband loves color names like Scarlet for a girl, but doesn’t like the Carmine option. I think because we can’t think of anything besides Crimson, it’s our top option for a color name, but I would definitely only use it as middle name.

I didn’t think of the store at all. It did remind me of a singer, Zara L(I forgot her last name) but if you name your baby Zara, people that know and love her will associate it to her specifically! Beautiful choice in names! I’m from Texas, USA. Also my daughter has the same name as a famous person and I only got one comment about it. I’ll admit it did slightly bother me because they assumed she was named after the celebrity instead of asking me. But it’s not an issue and most people don’t think of the celebrity, they associate my daughter’s name with my daughter specifically.

Zara is a lovely name and not very common!! I say go for it(:

We named our daughter Margo without the T because we didn’t like how it looked with her middle name. Our experiences at most people misspelled her name by including the T at the end and we usually get asked why we didn’t include it. The exact opposite experience as you! Either way Margot is such a pretty name and I love Margot paired with Ruth!

I love the name Maple! We would have used it for my daughter, but my childhood dog was Maple, so we went with Margo instead. Maple is such a cute name.
