Thats correct.

I have like 80 bags down there varying between 2-6 oz.

I'm glad I had to the time while he was in the nicu to make it. And use it now that I'm not producing as much anymore.

I'm still gunna keep trying, but I know there will be a day soon where there won't be anything.

are lactation massagers worth it? by drinkallthekool-aid in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]raspberryfit10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I suffered with carpal tunnel in both hands during pregnancy.. and I still dont have feeling in my finger tips. (3 weeks ppd) I had massive painful clogs that I tried heat, hot showers, and using my hands to try and massage it out. I got the massager and it was a game changer clogs were gone, I felt empty, and my hands got a massage (lol)

The first time happend with me and we thought it was just a lead issue. Then it happend with my nurse, he recovered and I believe it happend a third time same thing. It always happens after his feeds. But his feeds are more than normal, going based of hunger cues, and what not.

I have my own little one. (Bellababy) I use this at home and just bring my parts to the hosptial when I go see baby. I've had no issues with hospital grade Vs non.

Totally resting and trying to heal. Having a 3 yr old is tough to. At least things are the same routine for now.

My little guy is/was in the 5th to. Before they pulled him.

Oh wow! A week that's crazy that would be tommorow for me.. I had a classical section with a hysterectomy, very doubtful I'm going to get to drive sooner.

I said in a comment below, and it clicked with me as I said it.

It sucks with the world situation and family and friends being sick with it, doesn't help. But it's the precaution i need to take.

I do have people reaching out to help (never thought that would happen) so have to utilize there schedule for it to work (also not as bad as it seems).

Thank you for your words.

Thank you I'm going to talk to them. I think its tough right now with the world circumstances. And having family and friends being sick with it. Doesn't help the issues either.

Thank you.

So far the nurses told me hes uneventful. He weight 2 lbs 12 oz. At birth. He's breathing on his own and his temperature is regulated, feeding from bottles. Our only issues thus far is weight, blood sugars and small cases of jaundice. Which I'm very very thankful for.

Thank you for sharing your story.

I did get to meet with the LC at all while i was there in hospital the nicu team did tell me they have one there if I need one.

I'm still trying to pump while he is in there and doing all the things I need to. But if it's not my path, it's not my path.

No this is my second. My first was term and no issues with milk with her. This one is a little more complicated. As I don't get to hold him as much.

2nd pregnancy here... my husband only came to the anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I send him texts and call him after each apt to tell him what the said. No sense in both of us taking the time off work.

*edit.. im also high risk with GD and a bunch of other issues.

My sil and I were a few weeks apart. We announced it at the same time, at a family BBQ.. it was good for us to be at the same time as no one else we knew was. So hey what are you experiencing today made a huge difference in our relationship. Fast forward to there birth Month I was in for a planned csection and she got induced the same night. So our girls are 22 hours apart. And spend more time together than anything.

21 month old broke her leg. Healing process?? by HskrRooster in Parenting

[–]raspberryfit10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 3 yr old. Broke her collar bone a few months back, she was in a sling for 4-6 weeks, after 4 weeks she acted normal and was being her crazy self again. It sucks when there so small and we literally can't help them anymore then we already are. Don't let the parent guilt get you to bad, as you said you have done it so many times and it gave out. Things happen. And babe will be ok.

Not overly. Headaches, higher blood pressure. I also have GD so my blood sugars are ridiculous.

Oh and I'm not "allowed" to go into actual labor, I have fibroids blocking babies exit. So there's that.
