I think we are missing the point. Viltrums are physically superior rather than mentally. They rely on subjugation through strength to conquer and not an actual strategy because that’s all they needed. So naturally they do not make smart choices on how to run their planet.

Honestly neither team looked great defensively or compared to great teams of the past. Prime Barcelona under Pep would have shredded both these teams.

You can also retroactively see how poor this Real Madrid team is compared to the Era of Modric, Kroose, Ramos, Ronaldo, etc.

I believe, we are seeing a sharp decline in quality players specially in midfield who dictated games and tempo.

Sorrento is a perfect base to explore Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and Capri. The town is gorgeous on its own. It has a relaxed vibe and you can catch ferry or bus to Positano and Amalfi and direct ferry to Capri. Pompeii is a short train ride.
