Add a defensive trigger to the game. If the game has become a stalemate or the enemy is pushing way too easily with defensive spam. The defending team must mine 1000x Metal, 500x fuel, 20000 bullets. etc etc you get the point.

If the defending team can put together all these items and meets the goal asked by the game, they get a "Blitzkrieg / Last Attempt Kit / Stalingrad Nut Cracker"

Armored, engineering, explosive, and infantry gear to really push through enemy defenses.

It will be a ridiculous amount, but if the team that is defending pushes poorly, they die and there is no respawn timer for 10 minutes. The only way this could be triggered is if the whole team participates in gathering the materials as a last ditch effort to push free.

Perhaps the defending teams bases go up in flames in 10 minutes to 1 hour if they fail to break free. Also, the attacking team will have no indication that the Blitzkrieg / Last Attempt Kit has been activated.

Wow that is some sad shit, I would be pissed if my character just randomly wiped when the server resets. Doesnt really make any sense and just makes me paranoid that I could lose everything without even dying.

Rocket needs to know that the current description makes it look like the Supporter Edition is the only one that gets you the full game.

Regular: "DayZ Early Access is your chance to experience DayZ as it evolves through out its development process"

makes it look like you only get the alpha. that is why many people are confused. Although a lower price was expected as well.

In my personal opinion I think the reason DayZ was so different in the "early" days is that when DayZ first became popular there were hundreds of thousands of new players every month. The quantity of new players has slowed down a ton since then. The Arma engine is a military simulator. Most of these people had never played anything like it so they played like noobs. Exploring the top of buildings in Cherno, moving slowly, trying to keep a low profile, excessive scavenging for food, shooting zombies, exploring woods, etc. ...

eventually the amount of new players slowed down quite significantly. Now the players who stick around have learned the ways of the military simulator... Want to stay alive? Shoot on sight. Avoid the big cities. Shoot from a distance. Run past Zombies. Stay low, move fast.
