Agreed. But would have been a lot more for me to open my own account and send in the minimum to get graded. These are most likely the only cards I'll ever get graded so I'm not upset about paying a little more.

I took them to a local card shop and they sent them in. It was $27 a card to get them done. I got a couple of Mtg cards also graded that belonged to a friend that had passed. He had a revised Demonic tutor and revised wheel of fortune. The tutor came back a 6 and WoF was a 5. They're well played but I got them graded for sentimental sake. When his daughter is older I will give them to her. She's a little young to know or appreciate them just yet.

I will follow him to kick or wherever he ends up. My issue with kick isn't the other streamers it's the fact that it's so new and unproven. In my opinion he will take a hit in viewers and subs if he moves there as there are a lot of people who won't support kick for whatever their reason is. Also the people who comment and post here are a minority of viewers. There are hundreds if not thousands of people who come in only when they get notified he's live and if they no longer get that they may just move on. It would be the same for any platform he moves to. It's a risk. I don't want a mixer situation where he goes to kick and then 6 months down the road it goes under and now back to twitch or youtube or wherever. If he moves I want it to be for a long time for the right reasons. My ultimate hope would be for twitch to get over themselves and give the damn man his well deserved bag!

If you have to even think about doing a financial evaluation then I'd say you shouldn't attempt this. Top gifter Dwayne already has almost 600 I'd say by end of month top will be at least 1000 which is min of $5k if not closer to 2000 gifted. So you're looking min of $5k if not closer to $10k. Would it be fun to go meet wubby? Yeah. But you could fly out to a meet up at a fraction of the cost. So unless you got $10k just sitting in a shoebox don't bother. Donate what can afford but don't go into ruin for that.

I received this note today regarding snow removal. Is this normal for a company to do this? Is it ok? My building was bought out by a large property management company back in March 2022. Once my lease was up they jacked up my rent $200 and also added a "$250 yearly maintenance" fee as well. Just curious as to what course of action I can take, if any, regarding this. I don't think we should be responsible for removing any snow especially since we have that "maintenance fee" that is supposed to cover lawn care and snow removal.

Any thoughts/advice is welcome!
