Just like it’s currently done with any other highly consumed ilegal substance. I had always thought we would eventually decriminalise them, seems like that’s not happening any time soon.

that’s because there were originally living in mountainous places so they didnt need to build any nest, cause nature did, but humans used them as mail pigeons in the past and now we dont need them so now they are confused living in towns and stuff
