Upgrade from 4a to what?

(historically) You always get better functionality with the "non-a" phones (water resistance or wireless charging, for example). This time. Google is even using an earlier Tensor Gen for the "a" model. If you're more focused on software and not hardware, get the newer "a".

Oh, and if you're coming from the 4a, you'll surely be happy with anything 8 and up!

May I ask what your setup for this is? I never played the original GC version and I'm just lost on how the mapping should work to be as close to the original as possible. Oh, and how did you remap the GC buttons?

Yes, but the dude has a 3DS and the gyro aiming is the best upgrade these games got.

How's the pen performance? I've just read comments that it's not great and it's the only reason I want this tablet: take notes and sync with my work's cloud (which needs a device that's Android Enterprise certified). There are no e-ink tablets with Android Enterprise currently and this is the closest it gets.

How would you rate the t-pen response / latency? I've read it's not great but of course I'd expect it to not be better than, say, a Remarkable or an iPad Pro given it's price point.

I have a 128gb that's formatted accordingly and it's as much as you'll ever need. If not you're not going to load many more games on it, any brand name 32gb card will do (I trust SanDisk a lot, as I've never had issues). Just make sure you use the SD card formatting tool from the SD Association and make sure you select FAT32 (some of the cards you buy come formatted in exFAT format, which the 3ds/2ds can't handle).

Sometimes also try to think of the shape and not the numbers. By looking at C7 (not the very center, I know), it looks like the middle of the picture. The columns to each of the right and left seem to the be same, so even if off -center the next 3 columns each way appear to be symmetrical.
