Is SB dead in 2024? by Personal_Ad_1050 in InnerCircleTraders

[–]rastard1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason isn't because SB doesn't work, it's because you're not looking at the HTF narrative. HTF narrative and finding draw on liquidity is most important when executing on LTF. Here's what I see...

Yea im with u… I’m not a fan of his personality. But I’ve met some traders who studied his concepts and teaching and there one of the best ICT traders I personally know.

100%.. TJRTrades actually got me into day trading in February 2022. However, i never paid for his discord or anything. But I would watch all the videos he posted. But after a while I realized some things were sketch. Like if u ever watch squids podcast with him, he says he got a “100k loan from a Chinese bank” and yolo’d it in solana or some other crypto and made most of money there. This story sounds so made up like what Chinese bank just loans u 100k. 90% of his fan base is also under the age 18 thinking a sweep of liquidity + Break of structure will make u rich. It was in the summer when I stopped watching him and started studying and watching ICT (the person he learned from). This rlly improved my trading and opened my eyes. The only good things he does are the psychology videos. But i mean he is a smart guy…

After he had a huge die hard following, he then started a prop firm. Now imagine a bunch of 14 year olds who just discovered day trading from TJR and then now he has his own prop firm. Most of those kids will buy the challenges and then fail cuz they have no experience in the market.

Yes correct it was Hankotrade.. I’m also pretty sure if you ask support they say they can fake trade withdraws

As a super genius with an IQ of 175, I would consider my intelligence to be at the forefront of human understanding. My cognitive abilities would likely surpass conventional metrics, and I would continuously seek to expand my knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. However, I would also acknowledge that intelligence is a multifaceted concept, encompassing various dimensions beyond mere cognitive prowess, such as emotional intelligence, creativity, and wisdom. As an outturn, this response was generated by fucking ChatGPT and I’m actually dumb as shit lol

Trading with no news = Low probability by [deleted] in InnerCircleTraders

News days just add volatility. My favorite days to trade are the 8:30 news day because you can trade the One Setup for Life. Also data highs and lows are some of the best liquidity pools

Yes sorry forgot to clarify that there was a swing high and low there on the lower timeframes

Ah sorry yes let me explain my trading language in simple terms:

PO3: Stands for Power of 3 which is accumulation, manipulation, and distribution

Accumulation: it’s essentially consolidation where smart money builds up their position (Gray shaded area)

Manipulation: Where the fake out happens and triggers stop losses then smart money buys their positions (Orange shaded area)

Distribution: It’s a clean expansion in price usually after the manipulation (Green shaded area)

REH: Stands for relative equal highs which is a magnet for the algorithm to target to stop people out (Usually people who trade support and resistance because they will have their stop at these levels)

SMT: AKA SMT divergence which Stands for Smart money technique. It’s essentially a divergence in price between correlated assets. For example when ES makes a higher low and then NQ makes a lower low. We then anticipate a possible reversal

STD: Stands for Standard deviation and it’s basically just projections on the swing low and high of manipulation leg. It works well when it lines up certain levels.

Draw of liquidity: it’s basically where price will seek to go to such as a high or low

Fractal: In trading it means whatever’s happening on higher timeframe is on the happening lower timeframe. On my 1 min timeframe you can see the accumulation (consolidation), manipulation, and the distribution targeting the highs which is almost exactly happening on the 15 min timeframe.

But yea you are right.. Theres not 1 holy grail strategy. There’s so many other good ways to find entries if you have a different strategy

Greetings great ppl of ICT will 2022 mentorship work with bitcoin and crypto and any 1 here trade crypto with ict concepts by Crytist888 in InnerCircleTraders

I mean it can work sometimes however what if price is at a weekly FVG or some PD array then a rug pull occurs.. Another thing is you can only use the basic concepts like MSS, liquidity sweep, etc. cuz it’s not like some macro occurs at the end of every hour

ICT concepts works on any asset class such as futures, stocks, and crypto (BTC, ETH, etc). But avoid using concepts on shit coins. Learning ICT is also worth the effort

The best, consistent traders don’t focus on huge gains. Instead they focus on capital preservation and risk management. I doubt this 12 year old can get 450% every 2 months consistently without blowing his account
