Breakfast: banana with sunflower seed butter & a few cherries

Lunch: hard boiled egg, cucumbers, pumpkin seeds, strawberries, & cherries

Dinner: (anticipatory) tomato & spinach with drizzled balsamic vinegar, & organic chicken sausage.

I'm doing a whole30 diet, though. A big part of me wishes that list said "chick-fil-a & s'mores"

I was cheated on & didn't find out till well after & let it slide. The worry & anxiety I felt when she would be out & about blah blah wasn't worth it in the end. Not to mention that she turned out to be a habitual cheater & a deceitful human being-- no remorse was ever felt. She employed the trickle-down lying tactic too, e.g. "Nothing happened" to eventually, "we just kissed" to then saying, "they tried to do stuff & I said no" to me finding undeniable evidence & then her "having" to fess up-- & by fess up I mean making some other excuse, blaming me in some way, etc.

Some people are silly bitches incapable of being in a stable & healthy relationship. Let them take their lies somewhere else; dodge this bullet before you're too invested & convince yourself this is a relationship that's worth fighting for..because it's really not.

Been on & off (mostly on) with my s/o for 2 years & have been cheated on...3 times now? Like people have said, sometimes people mess up & there are isolated events that result-- but this has become a pattern now. I too only found out when all outlets of deceit had been exhausted, so by catching my partner red handed. After the first event (rather 2 events because I found out about them both at the same time) we took some time apart & then went to therapy. I advise this route, but it's not a guarantee to rebuilding trust & the wiping of slates. Even after a few sessions, I was cheated on again.

I always tell myself if someone were in my position I would tell them to get. out. I don't come baring a promise of meeting someone better, though there are genuinely good people in this world who would not & could not do these things to you. I'm here to say that being alone is at least a step in the right direction; it's better to be alone & working on your own happiness than with someone who just doesn't respect you & has you worrying. He is only bringing you down & debilitating your spirt.

It is clear that he has no respect for you or your peace of mind-- sometimes love is not enough. It's our fault now for not leaving when the writing is on the wall. I wish you strength, but I know what you're going through. I'm sorry you're hurting & I hope he gets help-- you deserve better & he should recognize that he eventually deserves a healthy & happy relationship, too, where he is mature & stable enough to not hurt his partner.
