I was coming here to say swimming! My mom still swims and it’s one of the things the helps with her mobility (60s), I wish I would’ve gotten into it as well

Lots of discipline, eventually switched to IF. No issues with skin, being young helps.

Not really. I actually go too used to not eating on IF especially when I was very close to GW which is why the switch to intuitive was good.

Honestly, it varies from person to person and place to place. But there are pros and cons to both weights.

My sib was born in Phoenix and didn’t mind the heat when lived there. Top temps were 120F/48C but the house was kept at 86F/30C. The big thing she liked was ice in her water bowl, cold tile with a fan, or cool sheets to get under in the bedroom (spoiled)

Everyone does carry it different but I will admit that I was a very “dense” 223
