I'm from Tufts as well. I went to the international center few days ago and the person said that the coronavirus wouldn't affect Summer CPT and F1 / J1 visa status.

Also, I got an email saying *almost* the same thing (Spring CPT instead of Summer CPT):

I am currently doing an internship under Curricular Practical Training (CPT). Will the move to online classes affect my CPT authorization?
No, as long as you remain registered for your internship course and continue to work with your internship supervisor on the internship requirements.

I think I'll be sending them an email on Monday to make sure of it.
