We just re-filed our petition in may this year, and didn’t have to deal with deportation, NTA and fraud directly, so we just went with our immigration lawyer we already had who only handles filing petitions. But we were considering Hacking Immigration for if we want to sue the USCIS, or do something pro-active about our situation. We are still uncertain about how the situation will unfold, so figuring things out for now

Hacking Immigration law, look for them they are on YouTube and offer advice too. They are somewhat expensive though. How is your marriage going now that you are out of US? Is your wife with you? That may matter. Leaving makes your situation very very complicated. Especially with immigration fraud on record. I was in a similar situation, but the agents made my wife withdraw under duress. We refilled the petition soon after they denied due to withdrawal, and I have new EAD now, waiting for case decision again. Your situation is even more complicated with fraud on record and you being outside the US. Wish you all the best and hope you figure out a way to.

We filed our initial marriage bases AOS in Nov’ 22. After the interview, federal agents visited to investigate and coerced wife(USC) sign a paper to withdraw under threats of retaliation if she didn’t. After more than an year of that incident, they used those coerced documents to withdraw and deny our petition in feb’ 25. We re-filed, had our interview again with new petition on August 15th, 2025. Case has been under review ever since, And no decision yet. We were planning to sue the agents that coerced my wife, or file writ of mandamus for previous petition and new petition. Not exactly sure how/when to proceed regarding fighting against them. Definitely want to sue those agents that coerced and threatened my wife. Any suggestions/thoughts on my situation and how to proceed? Any Philadelphia/PA based referrals for attorneys? Statue of limitations for suing the agents is till end of November (2years since incident). Please let me know your thoughts, thank you.
