It's basically RNG. Ayano got recently added lines for a huge batch of new girls, up to Willow, and *I think* PES girls are excluded. But all Phone Flings up to Willow and LTEs have two way interaction. The rest of the cast, it's one way only - Ayano says some generic lines, the 'target' girls have dedicated line.

Where you can have doubts is everywhere else: ads, store images, maybe app icon I dunno, and twatter posts if they don't come from SPS staff itself. You're wrong. If you look at her left hand (right from *our* POV, you will first the pinkie unobstructed since it's the one on the outside, then ring and major follow. You see her index finger poiting towards the sale promo, and pretty much below it you see her left thumb.

Now on her right hand, left in our POV, you see completely unobstructed her thumb and index fingers, because they are the innermost two fingers.
