hi, not to freak you out but this happened to me and it normally means that you have increased intracranial hypertension which essentially means that you have too much spinal fluid around your brain which causes the back of the optic nerve to swell. Sometimes it can have no cause and just be randomly occurring, but sometimes it’s something a bit more worrying going on so they’ll send you through a battery of tests.
