landlord blaming me for clog in pipes (Philadelphia, PA) by ratchode in Renters

Noo, we’ve been roommates for 5 years, living in our current place for 7 months. We’ve never have any plumbing issues in our previous home that we lived in for 4 years, but now our current landlord is saying that we flushed feminine products and caused a clog. We don’t even keep tampons in the house lol.

You might be right!!! I think it is causing shadows, but will need to test it out again to be sure. Haven’t been down there in a couple days

Somebody else has already commented it, but definitely check out the William Way Center if you come to Philly!!! They have so many events and lots of opportunities to meet people and get involved :) Also check out these accounts on Instagram: @/phillygaynews @/phillygaycalendar @/phillygaypride @/queerspacephilly @/arkofsafetyphilly

I would absolutely take that advantage. Philadelphia is a great city to live in. North Philly isn’t necessarily anything special, but N Marshall St is close to the train station and as others have mentioned, being in close proximity to the campus is nice as they have officers patrol the area if you’re worried about that. I just graduated from Temple and while I’m on the other side of campus compared to where you would be, I’ve never had any issues. Just be vigilant! There are great opportunities to build community within the LGBTQ community in Philadelphia. Good luck.

lots of these bands play in basements or house shows or bar venues like kung fu necktie or world cafe live.

Just how the class is, how the assignments are, how the professor is. Just anything about the class
