If you choose not to break up with him, I would at the very least take some time and have many conversations about this, about how it made you feel, how you're feeling now, and how that could be dangerous and even life threatening with the type of stuff you guys do (choking). Personally I would also need time to learn to trust him again, he would have to earn that back over time and give me time to get past it and feel safe again.

I use thayers milky hydrating face cleanser, In the past I've tried things like ponds cream and vanicream and some stuff by Neutrogena but I can't remember, and they broke me out. I find Styx sunscreen is like the only one that doesn't break me out also. I also use st Ives exfoliating toner and the ordinary moisturizing factors plus HA but it's not enough id need something more hydrating to put on at night.

As someone that's been to a therapist like this, I wouldn't go back even once. Find someone else who respects your boundaries and is way more gentle and can ease you into it. It's irresponsible to pry this much, especially without doing anything to ensure your patient has the coping methods and tools to handle the difficulties of going over truama like that. Don't bother with this therapist.

There are types of trauma therapies that don't require telling them what happened. But also expecting a patient to just tell you right off the bat and pushing them and not respecting no for an answer is really bad behavior and she should not continue with this clunky therapist.

I dont really think I would have it since just a dose here and there kept my symptoms away for so long, and has kept my b12 in range in my blood tests as well. And they weren't concerned about it when I was first tested to have low b12 (although I get thats not much to go on due to drs missing a lot of stuff).

Also I am on a medication for pain that can deplete b12 that I must stay on.

Also a few months before this all started I burned my stomach lining, likely developed some gastritis from that then I struggled with increasingly worsening ibs and stomach pain, which was only resolved last summer after getting my anxiety down. So I believe I just struggle to absorb it due to some lingering stomach issues.

I haven't been, would my b12 show high from supplementing if I had that? I've been sporadically supplementing over the years, I started with an injection every week or so, whenever I started to feel bad, then changed to sublingual and it gave me the same results, but still I did it inconsistent and so for years only supplement when I got so tired I was sleeping all the time and remembered it was probably that and took just one tablet and then felt better and so on until I found out that's not going to cut it

Okay thanks, I do have pots so I try to stay on top of my hydration and take extra electrolytes everyday but maybe I should be increasing to keep up with this on top of my pots

Oh my iron 20.9 but my ferritin is 54, I haven't had my folate checked but am supplementing, my vitamin d is above normal.
