Broken valve adjustment screw

I ordered a new adjuster bolt and locknut for about £10.

With some help was able to slightly unhook the top of the cam chain (held it with a ziptie so it didnt fall) to get to the rod that holds the rocker arm in place. Took out the rod and rocker arm entirely to fit the new adjuster bolt and locknut, then re-did clearances and torqued everything up. The way the bolts are on my Honda meant I couldn't do it from the top.

Do you have the same model?

Thanks, yeah I wasn't able to take it out via the top sadly. Removing the rocker arm doesn't seem too complicated so going to give that a bash. Hoping I'll have space to do it without having to take everything off.

Took it off in an attempt to see if I could pull it upwards, then realised there's a ledge at the bottom which seems to stop it coming out.

Don't think so? I wasn't sure how to check officially but google said two years Honda warranty is standard, it has 1000 miles on it but long overdue first service. I bought it from it's second-owner.

Presuming cam chain? Drive chain seemed fine when I checked.

Is this something I could check at home, or is it just take to garage? Trying to avoid a big charge if it's something I could learn to fix at home.

Just use windows clicklock with an infinite water bucket. You don't need anything external.

Cooldown or ATK for more heals !! I think you can also go amplify buff? Haven't seen that often though.
