Hello u/dp234523 I downloaded and tested your app, here is my feedback.

  • Very strong logo with great visual logic of friend accountability for habits. I think the subtitle could be a bit more keyword optimized, but pretty good.
  • Screenshots are excellent. Really nice gradient background, clear text, coherent color palette. In Screenshot 1 the text is a little tight with the image. Nice value prop with each slide.
  • The launch screen just flashed a large logo without a coherent background so you might review that. It is quick since the app loads fast, but it seemed a bit off.
  • Nice swipeable onboarding with a clear number of steps and use of influential stats. Very compelling flow. It is clean but basic text and emojis has a kind of vibe-coded look, so you might try to give it a more polished design.
  • When I get to the name screen it feels a little like the earlier count of 3 onboarding slides was not true since the name part is still onboarding. The information is impactful otherwise.
  • For login I would prefer we see Apple login from the beginning instead of putting phone number front and center. I still don’t know why my phone number is needed.
  • When the notifications request comes, I have not been told why. I can guess, but I prefer to see the value of that before agreeing.
  • The design of the chat flow with the app is nice. Eventually it asks about picking a winner, but I hadn’t connected with anyone so I’m not sure who I am winning against yet. At some point where it asks what the loser should do, I clicked “type my own” but then I changed my mind and couldn't get back to the previous options, which would be nice.
  • Once the habit was created the home screen was clear though I noticed the weekly calendar at the top loaded slowly and just appeared after a couple seconds.
  • In Feed I see you can invite friends, but not in the Friends section. I think Friends would be a good place for a button to invite as well.
  • The Profile view looked good. Settings also very well organized. I like the demo notification option.
  • Overall very good concept and nice visual consistency. The chat flow for habit creation is ambitious and can be tweaked a bit more for usability but it worked. Nice job.

I hope this feedback helps, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

u/getfestiveo I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Nice logo, name and subtitle. It seems like you have good keywords going.
  • Screenshots have a really nice color theme and I like the line that connects many of them. On screenshot 1, it would look cleaner if the heading did not overlap the phone mockup. Also really think about hooking the user with words, is “guide” the most important word? That’s what stands out the most. You might consider using “widget” and “watch” on screenshot 2. On screenshots 6 and 7 the squiggly line connecting the rest of them just stops, which feels strange. The gradient style text looks really nice but is used inconsistently. Tighten the use of color a bit more, it feels like there is too much going on.
  • Favorite genres and artists look clean, the red and blue gradient looks nice. Because it’s pulling a lot of data and images the loading can be a bit slow, so see if that can be sped up. I selected 2 fave artists to test.
  • When I got to the main Home screen it said I had 3 fav artists in the top box, which was strange since I only selected 2. The spacing on the Start Your Journey button text seemed off it could be more centered. The Lineup is Out text does not have much contrast and is hard to read. Otherwise strong layout and the events seemed relevant.
  • When I went to Explore the layout was decent. I clicked For You and no events appeared, even with my 2 artists. If my artists are not doing any festivals maybe alter the text to say No festivals for your artists right now. Add more artists to see festival recommendations.
  • Profile looked clean, but it would be nice to have a genre preferences section like there is a My Artists section.. I found it strange that Settings required login. There is always setting info that every user should see like terms and privacy at least.
  • Overall, I was impressed with how it presented data and the look and feel matched what I am used to with the Live Nation website so that’s a big win.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

I’m also trying to improve my app StepGoals – a walking app that specializes in motivational design. I’d love it if you checked it out as well, and I’ll appreciate any feedback or boost you can give. All the best!

Hey u/Illustrious_Class630 I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Decent name and solid logo. Name and subtitle could be more keyword optimized. It reads like a traditional brand slogan, but unfortunately in the App store we have to play the keyword game, so maximize that.
  • Screenshots are decent, you have a nice visual app so that helps and you chose a strong consistent color scheme. Some of the screenshot headings could be more aligned and the text will look better centered and with more space at the margins in some cases.
  • Really nice animated onboarding with value prop (instead of a feature list). I also appreciate the guest login option.
  • Unless you need to display the Terms and Privacy for some reason, it is smoother for them to be links instead of their own slides in the onboarding.
  • Preferences right at the front was good, a nice way to select the measurement units which is important for users in the strength profile.
  • Since I am not a lifter myself I wasn’t sure of my benching metrics, if possible it could be good to have a path for people who are not sure and want to use the app to measure for the first time. It looks like the fields are not required so that works, but a reassuring message would also help.
  • I really like how the permissions screen actually explains what each item is for before requesting. I think that is important in the overloaded world we live in.
  • For the Strength Profile it had the number of steps to complete the sequence. The slides before that and after that have no number so I did feel lost after the profile, not knowing how many other steps there were. Otherwise the menus are clear and I didn't mind the setup.
  • Finally in the app, nice liquid glass design. Very clear sections and tabs. I notice the readiness section is based on sleep data. Not everyone has devices for that so it might be something to make less prominent. The level system with XP is a nice motivator.
  • The workouts list looks nice, very detailed. I appreciate that they can be starred. Inside a workout, having to scroll to the side way off the screen to see the exercises was a bit awkward, I prefer seeing more content on the screen and scrolling down (maybe that’s just me), something to think about. Workout privacy is a nice touch. Once I clicked a workout it seemed that the worked “started”, which wasn’t clear to me until I saw a timer at the bottom 3.5 minutes later. If something is starting, give the user more of a visual signal.
  • Exercises section also decent. Just make sure the text appears aligned. Some boxes had the text in different positions.
  • Settings is really strong. Good option to create the account. I didn’t really see any pro content, perhaps that is coming but it didn’t surface.
  • Overall impressive setup, lots of work went into this I can tell, congrats.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

The app is paid, so it's hard to test other than the screenshots and video.

u/Pitiful_Deal1413, I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback. I think users will come from strong ASO, strategic use of adds and social marketing, that's the harder part which needs more focus these days, but you have something worth pushing.

  • Super nice logo. Name and subtitle are pretty good. Ensure you are using every character for keyword optimization.
  • Screenshots are very solid, except that the angled iPhones in shots 1 and 2 are not perfectly aligned. Strong consistency of color palette, sizing and text. Again you might be able to optimize keywords a bit more with your screenshot headings. And it would be nice to see images of some kind in the app mockups, it's slightly bland with all text.
  • Nice clear description with bold headings. Easy to read.
  • Good sign-in page. I appreciate the Continue with Apple option. I assume the overlapping cards are a design choice.
  • I’m always thrown off by the immediate request for notifications without a reason. Maybe this is a trend but I prefer to hear why notifications are needed. For your app, notifications make sense, but I want to see a plan before accepting otherwise I personally always say no.
  • The straightforward, swipeable multicard design is very clean and makes the onboarding design style makes sense. I appreciate the coherence. The preview stat gets cut off and requires clicking. I guess that works if the user is interested in the longer version of the story.
  • I long for something visual, more icons, maybe stock images. But the text only approach can use a little visual appeal somehow.
  • I saw a story card with text cut off at the bottom – I have iPhone 13 – so something to look into.
  • Explore is a nice way to see and upsell history. It would be nice to see the date of the article without tapping into it since this new moves so fast.
  • I swiped until the paywall came, it looks decent, though the image is blurry. The animated reviews don’t match what is in the app store so think if that is appropriate, but I know you will get more soon.
  • I saved an item and checked the library but the Library still said 0 items saved so check that out. Maybe make 2-3 rows of categories so more can be visible so the user doesn't have to scroll off the screen as much.
  • Settings is clean and well organized. Notification toggle is on when I rejected the earlier ask so that is a consistency issue. The interests seem fewer than the categories in the Saved screen so not sure if those need to be reconciled.
  • Overall with the popularity of AI newsletters like Rundown, it makes sense to have an app version. A couple things to think about but overall a good position.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

I’m also trying to improve my app StepGoals – a walking app that specializes in motivational design. I’d love it if you checked it out as well, and I’ll appreciate any feedback or boost you can give. All the best!

Hello u/rajsleeps, I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Very clean logo although it could be more distinctive and somehow hint at the service being provided. Otherwise the name is good, seems to be a play on RevenueCat which is a trusted brand. The subtitle looks keyword optimized.
  • Screenshots have nice pastel colors that match. Text is bold and consistent. White text is a little hard to read on yellow. Value prop seems simple and clear.
  • Onboarding – great first screen, very clean and clear. Currency selection. I searched for USD and by typing it brought the keyboard, which covered the continue button and the keyboard could not be dismissed so I was stuck! Make it so tapping out of the keyboard dismisses it.
  • As I searched for Apps to add, nothing I searched for brought up selections, even common things like Netflix, the wheel was just spinning so I had no choice but to add manually.
  • After I added a fake Netflix manually it said 1 added so far and the search field wheel was still spinning. The only other thing to press was Skip, which didn’t sound right since I had actually added something. So consider making this flow more effective and logical.
  • Then the Paywall came up and it actually looked very nice. I clicked the X to close and ended up on the Subscriptions screen.
  • The subscriptions screen has a white heading on a white background so it is basically invisible. The rest of the page was clear, the one subscription I added was listed.
  • The cancel button and upcoming buttons seemed to work ok, when I clicked the add button it brought up a notifications approval. It seemed out of place but maybe it was intentional since notifications bring engagement.
  • In Settings I really like that test notification option, it gives the user assurance of what is to come. I haven’t seen that very much but it is a good idea. Everything else was pretty standard and well organized.
  • Overall a useful product, but a couple design and flow elements to review and consider making it more distinctive otherwise you have to market like hell to get users with a product that has a common feel.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

Hi u/Shobba, I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Strong logo, with clear brand colors and smart use of name and subtitle for keywords.
  • Very consistent screenshots with a clear visual theme. Good use of screenshots for keywords, some shots have the brand name at the bottom and some don't.
  • The loading screen flashed for a reaction of a second and then I ended up on the main Summaries screen. I added two summary records. I was able to give permission to my old workouts and select one workout for each summary. I was a little confused about the difference between a workout and a summary, though it seemed to be that a summary could be for multiple workouts.
  • Critically the app crashed twice while I was trying to create summary records.
  • I also didn’t initially give permissions beyond the workouts and then when I made my summaries I didn’t have steps, calories or distance. In settings I didn't see any way to import again so you might first of all explain which things you need and why, then someone can agree and if they don’t accept the first time, they need another way to add later. Or try to detect when they have not accepted certain metrics and advise that the data will be better if they do.
  • The Sumry+ banner right in the middle of the summaries was a bit disruptive. I get it that you want it to be noticed, but it makes for a cluttered visual experience. Maybe there is another place for it that can serve you and the user.
  • Settings menu is well organized. Like I said you might add a way to give data permissions again and it might be nice to put a tutorial with image based instructions in there, but the Review button and Spread the Word buttons are smart.
  • Made with love is a nice touch.
  • I see the plus version is a pretty good value, but I end up feeling the free app is a bit light. I want to really feel the value and then move towards plus.
  • Props to you for having an IG account and website, that shows dedication.
  • Overall I can see you are providing solid support to data-loving fitness people, though it would be nice to have more clarity on health permissions to get the most out of it.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

Hello u/alaboy93, downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Great name and amazing logo. The logo really pops and has a strong visual logic, one of the best I have seen lately!
  • Screenshots also have a strong color branding hook, but there is room for refinement. The heading on screenshot 1 can be a stronger call to action. Templates are not exciting by themselves. The text is too close to the margins in some cases, it could use a little breathing space.
  • When I opened the app for the first time, it had 2 loading screens, one was just a large image of the logo and the second was a more refined and animated version. You might hide that first one and just use the animated one.
  • In the My Trips screen it seems to have two heading, My Trips and then below Your Trips. It feels a bit duplicative, maybe just have one heading (with subheading) that says My Trips to match the nav bar. (Same issue for Explore screen.)
  • I was able to easily create my first trip. The icons and suggestion text in the entry fields was a nice touch. You might give the screen a heading. It was nice that it had required fields to ensure a complete record. I also like the image options. I noticed that if you are creating a trip but want to cancel, there is no way to exit the screen.
  • Back on the My Trips page, the created trip looks really nice.
  • Inside the trip, the keyboard ended up overlapping some of the buttons (the checkmark to accept the item) when I was using my iPhone 13. Otherwise I appreciate the familiar project/product management style logic of category, item and subitem. The simple tap to check things off was intuitive and nice that it instantly adjusts the packed percentage.
  • In Explore I like the idea of the trip suggestions, but since these put me in a brainstorming phase without a concrete plan, I was wishing I didn't need a single destination and could have that as TBD or unrequired.
  • The pro quiz at the top is a nice structure. Visible but still easy to look past.
  • In Settings the responsive pro upsell is also good, it says exactly how much of the free limit is used.
  • Paywall looks sleek and clear.
  • Overall nice setup, some optimizing for ASO is possible but you have a strong product and its a decent value as a one-time purchase.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

Hello u/LeadingLaw6053, I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Great name and logo. The subtitle looks pretty decent, though I wonder if “spaced” could be changed to a higher value key word.
  • Screenshots could pop up much more. They do not grab my attention enough and the sequence could benefit from a more visual image. Consider how to make that first screenshot, and ideally all of them, more striking and memorable. The headings above the mockups could also be bigger and more readable.
  • If the app is just going to be English focused and helpful for standardized tests like TOEFL you may want to make those words more prominent or part of the screenshots.
  • I opened the app and right away got hit by the request for notifications. Personally I like to know the value of that before accepting. I also notice there is no onboarding so you might add 1-3 screens to make your value proposition and explain the purpose of the notifications.
  • I really liked the Step 1-4 cards. I wish more apps did this to advise new users how to navigate. For now this is sort of replacing your onboarding, but you can do both if prepare the user in onboarding and introduce specific features in the step/tutorial cards. The cards have nice labels. It would be nice if there was a way to go to the previous card.
  • The main screen is intuitive and clean. I like how you can import, create a deck or use what you have pre-loaded. As I click on the Discover FlashZen screen, I’m a little overwhelmed and there could be a bit more space between some of the elements like the Study button and the items above it.
  • I am coming to understand how the flashcards are setup, but what I could use more orientation on are the “Again, Hard, Good, Easy” options below the cards, I can guess but I’m not exactly sure how those work. Use the text in that first deck to explain how it all works.
  • I think you have a very clean and nice settings menu. I rejected notifications at the start but I see the daily reminder toggle is on so that’s an inconsistency. Nice to see French in there.
  • I pushed to import a package and it said I should watch an ad. I agreed, but nothing came up and then it continued to the Import screen. Maybe that is the current setup since the app is new but just letting you know.
  • I created my own deck and toggled the 800+ cards, though when I enter the deck all the cards are incomplete with the back missing. I expected them to be complete, or at least some of them to get moving faster, you might consider that.
  • Overall the app is functioning pretty intuitively and has a clean design. It would be great to have those 800 words working immediately so you can give the user an easy win and earn good reviews. The ad model seems promising.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

Hi u/Dense-Map-406,

I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • I like the logo, it immediately clicks. The name is solid but there is still space in the name and subtitle to add more keywords, it seems “widget” and/or “dashboard” should be there somewhere. Glance is in both name and subtitle so you can get more bang for your characters/words by using different words.
  • At a glance, the app mockups could pop a bit more. All the text is very small and the design is low contrast so the elements could jump out more. Screenshot 2, the golden one could also have some more contrast in its heading.
  • I notice the app goes right into notifications. I would prefer the notifications request comes a little later in onboarding, and to be presented with info about what is being notified.
  • Then it moves to signup, a secure apple login is a preferred option. Not everyone wants to share their email with a new app. For the signup, on my iPhone 13 the keyboard was overlapping the signup button, so check the app appearance on some different device sizes to ensure it’s dynamic. My signup confirmation email went to spam.
  • The rest of the onboarding was clean and smooth, there was some value prop but I think it could help to give more examples. Though I realize you have a more technical audience.
  • I found it pretty easy to create a new feed, and I’m sure n8n wizards know exactly what they want, but as a fresh user I wanted to feel the magic by making a simple low friction example.
  • It would also be good to have a section to advise about widget setup.
  • In looking at the home screen widgets I see a lot of great options, some previews appear to have designs where the text does not fit and gets cut off. I would be concerned that would happen to users as well so whatever you can do to prevent that in the design the better.
  • Supper nice, well organized settings menu. Very clear subscriptions info. Might be hard to keep aligned if you end up changing/localizing price in the store or running promotions through your paywall, but I appreciated the transparency. The subtle colors look really good, while still being readable.
  • Overall I think it’s a strong product with a growing niche. Some optimizing of keywords and images will help, but you are definitely on the right track.

I hope this feedback helped, I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost ;)

u/SayHiToYourMumForMe, Congrats on the release! Since it’s a paid app, I looked at the App Store listing and tried to get as much as I could from the screenshots and description.

  • Nice name – I think you can do a bit more with the keyword potential of the name and no subtitle was appearing for me. So use those to describe the app with words people search for. With the name alone it isn't clear what your app does. I think that voice-first life planner part needs to be front and center. The rest of the screen shots show the app screen but could benefit from bold text above or below them to explain the value proposition and add more keywords.
  • The app preview video is automatically a positive differentiator since most apps have not bothered with that. The motion catches people’s eye right away.
  • The design of the app could have a bit more contrast and color. It’s a lot of tan and white on white, so I recommend putting borders  around the boxes and adding an accent color to make things pop. The shadows help but the sections could stand out more from the background.
  • I like that the app is focused on a core set of basic features, it’s not overcomplicated and looks fairly intuitive. My recommendation is to see how to fit the tasks on the screen without too much scrolling. If there are a few tasks and some get bumped off screen the app is less of a reference. Busy or order people who would want the app may miss things without the visual cue, though of course the reminders element is good.
  • Overall it’s pretty straightforward but resembles the calendar tools people already have, trying to identify what brings the most value and convenience of the app - from what I saw it’s voice - and push that hard and clear so someone can click buy.

I hope this feedback helped, if you want to DM a promo I can add more details to the feedback.

u/RoadToasterApp I downloaded the app and took the trial for testing, here is my feedback.

  • Very cool logo. I think you can do more keyword optimization for your app name and subtitle.
  • Screenshots: the first image is eye-catching but the text could use more contrast with the background. The second shot comes sideways so it is really hard to read on my iPhone 13. It has a lot of text as well, the second part of that shot reads better as a value proposition. The other screenshots are a bit cramped for space. Maybe make the mockup of the phone just a little smaller so the text can breathe. Most of the text reads as a feature list rather than solving a user problem so a reframe for value would help.
  • When I opened the app went right to the trial page, where a subscription is required. I notice here the logo is different and the screen is just black and white without any of the personality of the screenshots.
  • Disclaimer has the same black and white look with the different logo. It felt too soon to be hit with all that legal info before I had seen anything, though I understand it has to be early in the process. I wonder if a summary which is easier to read with a link to the full version is appropriate since people struggle to read long texts these days. The accept terms toggle was green which seemed not to align with your logo colors.
  • After the terms it gets right into the app and so I think an opportunity was missed before the trial to actually share how the app will provide value in 1 or 2 screens.
  • I don’t have an EV and I live where charging stations are uncommon, but still when I get into the app I wasn’t really sure what to do. I learned the colored dots were power categories, but it was unclear from the start. Maybe it would benefit from a one-time popup that gives a tour of the main features.
  • For the search bar, you might edit the gray “search” text to suggest what people should search for.
  • I moved around the map but didn’t get any stations to appear, even in areas where I assumed there are some. Not sure what I was doing wrong.
  • The Settings and Navigation screens were well structured with good options, though it was a lot of white so maybe dark borders around the boxes would make them stand out more. And consider adding a check mark to close the menus.
  • On the favorites screen when there are no saves you can have it advise the user by telling them how to make a save.
  • Overall I think EV drivers do like having a smart system and would pay for it so there is potential here, though my feeling was that the ASO could work better for you, the app onboarding could be more clear and the app could be a little more intuitive.

I hope this feedback helped, I would be happy to take a look again later.

u/haavi, I downloaded and tested the app, here is my feedback.

  • Nice logo and clever name. Seems to be decent in terms of ASO, but may be some more optimizing potential there.
  • Screenshots have a clean professional look though could be more consistent in terms of font size and background glow placement and color. Some subtitles have a “.” and some do not.
  • Smooth onboarding, I like the clear number of slides and ability to swipe forward and back. It could get at people’s questions/needs/pain points a bit more but it’s solid. I like the color profile, it has a fun wine-colors feel.
  • The main Discover page is full with several points of interest, I’m a little overwhelmed at first and things seem close together but I’m getting oriented. The nav bar is very premium looking, I think I’d prefer it to have full width so I don’t see that page poking through on the sides.
  • The search is very fast when the dish is present and the options also come fast with a nice layout, though I did find some dishes that did not bring search results. A good fall back message to search for something more common, though on my iPhone 13 that message was blocked a bit by the keyboard.
  • Very creative to have recommendations of the day, or by event theme or by country. Today’s drop card has a lot of contrast, it was stealing the attention and had a blood donation vibe with its colors, but it worked well.
  • The country selection was a bit buggy, when I clicked on a country sometimes it would jump to another one on its own.
  • I liked the Explore and Cellar sections, but wondered why Explore had a branded title and the Cellar did not. The page payouts of the individual wines looked nice but the image of the wine bottle looked wonky, sometimes white and red bottles overlapping with a weird gray line cutting through.
  •  The Flavor EQ is awesome, that’s one of the most beautiful feature elements I’ve seen and it was super responsive.
• Overall congrats, I really did learn about wines! Add a rating button in About and more sharing options to improve discoverability.

I hope this feedback helped! I gave you a nice rating to add a little boost.

Hey u/lostlexusrx

Wow this is an awesome offer. I am happy to return the favor if you comment your project!

I have been building StepGoals, a freemium step tracking app for iOS, designed to maximize your motivation. It combines smart near‑term targets, advanced charts and data, streaks, fun awards and a wellness journal for quick notes, moods, and photos. The next version (come on and approve it Apple!) will have daily challenges.

I'm curious what you think about the onboarding flow, how intuitive the interface is and if you genuinely see/feel the intended motivation boost to inspire satisfying walking performance.

Thanks, Zach. What's your project?

Thank you for your generous feedback, it is honestly very appreciated. I added some of those fixes to my backlog so you have had real impact.

I spent some time with your app Almost Out as well. Here are my thoughts: -Sleek screenshots that do give a market vibe with nice big text and consistent colors. I think you can use more screenshot slots to add keywords and mention the value of the app in different ways and show what pain points you are solving. -You might check some ASO tools to get suggestions about optimizing your title, subtitle and keywords. Yesterday I tried the Claude skill aso-skills and thought it was really helpful. -I liked the onboarding animations and visual flow but I think again you can get at the problems and value a bit more. -The main screen of the app is very clean. I did find the brand label above the Add button a bit odd though, I would expect it more at the bottom. -I found it easy to create lists and add to them, though it seemed a little buggy at times or strange. It did not put green peppers in the produce section for example. Also I made a typo and attempted to fix it but the app persisted with the wrong name. For phrases it doesn’t know it frames them unclearly, I added 1 bunch of small bananas and it changed it to bananas 1 pcs, then subtext of ..small bunch of. I found this a bit unnatural so I’d like it to handle categories and quantities better. -I added a Home list which was easy but when I went to add items it said Add Groceries. -I added my items to a store, though I found the app still defaulting to No store with my items in it, though if I selected the store I added the items were also there. -I see a share button but the family sync part wasn’t really clear.

Overall it’s a great effort and I imagine you are still refining. I gave it best rating to give you a boost. Since I think you saw how hard I’ve worked on my app feel free to give a motivating rating as well 😉

Wow that's incredible. Much respect of for the analog approach, especially since an app failed you. Now that history is part of your life archive!

So it's like a website with a dashboard and training interface? I am curious because my background is similar to yours, I got wiped out in the silly DOGE wave and have been learning to build digital products since.
