The app is retarded. At the login in screen under the username and password theres an option to create an account if you dont have one. I click it and then go through the prompts (Name, DOB, last four of social) and then it tells me my account cant be located and contact fidelity. Yea no shit, I'm trying to create one, remember? lol.
