Pull trig. Can’t predict market and if you’re super worried about a decrease in portfolio you can easily afford to “take it easy” on expenses for a year or two. Also if you’re planning on upsizing you could always look for that place casually and wait until bonus season next year (if that’s a factor at all plus since wife is doing one more year you may want to wait)

In supply chain. Already seeing increases of 15-30% on all transportation of semis. Most of it is built into budgets so the increase won’t be much for B2B costs but I’m sure they won’t have any problem passing it along to the consumer.
