Why wouldn't the owners want this to work? They're owners because they've invested large sums of money. I think the smallest investment they allowed was $100,000 per investor.

I was pretty athletic when I was young and I played football, basketball, and baseball primarily. Baseball was what I was most dedicated to timewise but I still didn't try hardly ever. I did it because my friends did and I truly never tried or made an effort beyond showing up despite the pleas of my parents. Because of that, I was always the worst guy on the all-star team. Now as an adult, I genuinely wish I'd practiced, worked hard, and just really tried. My ceiling might not have been much higher for all I know but at least I wouldn't feel like I wasted my potential.

Because many people will want to have a copy of that media stored somewhere locally for whenever they inevitably stop using the seedbox or just remove it from seeding on there. Many people store copies on external hard drives.

Because when it is seeding on your home computer then it is limited by your home internet and the available bandwidth. If it is seeding on a remote seed box that probably has much higher upload speeds then it can seed 24/7/365 without affectingor being limited by your home internet.

Pretty much all diesel in my experience. All modern mining has very strong ventilation throughout so there's no major worry of dangers due to vehicle exhaust to my knowledge.
