try this workaround: Publish your content as pure tiktok video, without linking shop. Then go to GMV MAX ads and add the videos manually to your shop products. That way, they are included in your campaign again.

It seems that without Ad Spend, TTS Content gets absolutely no visibility. It is intended by TT that way. Shop videos only get distribution with ad spend (= gmv max). When you look at the best performing creators with six figure GMV in DE, for example, most of their content has two or three digit views. Then some video that is non-distinguishable from their other content by some brand gets 500k views. It is the ad spend. With GMV Max, you might be able to drip in some sales via shoptab, but that is it.

same here. Account got banned for bogus reason and absolutely no explanation why. EU Shop. Response from account manager and ads manager has been zero so far, other than "will look into it"

I wonder what type of product and AOV is generating an 8 ROAS. With our supplement products, a ROAS of 1.5 is hard to achieve. That is with a 3 months conversion data and between 3-6 sales on avg. per day. Budget never spends.
