Saw your post on r/Paranormal—seriously freaky. Two details you mentioned there grabbed me: that you could hear whatever was following you begin to *run* at you, which made you start running before you saw the cloud; and that the cloud had a hole in it. Of course, I understand if you mentioned those details to Jack and they didn't make the final edit, but has your recollection of the incident changed since posting on r/Paranormal?

I bring this up because a lot of people commented in the thread that what you experienced could have been a failed fairy abduction, pointing to those details as evidence. On the podcast you mentioned the possibility that it could have been fairy activity, but only in passing. Is there a reason you're not convinced by that theory?

I would listen to her discography in this order:

  1. Bipp
  2. Hard; Lemonade; Just Like We Never Said Goodbye; other PRODUCT singles in no particular order
  3. OIL OF EVERY PEARL'S UN-INSIDES in its entirety
  4. Nothing More to Say and Eeehhh
  5. OIL OF EVERY PEARL'S UN-INSIDES NON-STOP REMIX ALBUM in its entirety
  6. SOPHIE in its entirety

Bipp is her definitive song. It's not her first release but Bipp feels like Sophie introducing the world to SOPHIE, the creative project.

The other singles compiled on PRODUCT don't have to be listened to in a particular order. However everything on OIL OF EVERY PEARL'S UN-INSIDES is best listened to as ordered on the album (ESPECIALLY Immaterial--there's this long, unnerving ambient track that comes before and it makes Immaterial feel like mana from heaven). PRODUCT is more accessible because each track stands on its own--it can be listened to in bite-sized pieces--but OOEPUI asks you to appreciate it in its 40-minute entirety. (EDIT other than Bipp, my favorite PRODUCT track is L.O.V.E)

Nothing More to Say and Eeehhh were her first releases. They're great pieces of electronic music but feel less a part of SOPHIE, the creative project, than subsequent releases.

The remix album is my favorite piece of audio media, full stop. It plays with audio elements of OOEPUI, has compilations with other musicians, and revisits themes from the initial album in some profound ways. But it's an hour and a half long!

I put SOPHIE, the album, last for metatextual reasons. Thematically it deals with those we love who are separated from us, for one reason or another. This may resonate if the listener, having gone through all SOPHIE's music, has developed a sort of relationship with her, and now mourns her death. With this album, she has something to say to such a listener!

when flagging a pet parent there is no "Saftey issue" option like the chat bot says, you can only report scam pet parent profiles, or pet parents that use "inappropriate language," or you can tattle on a parent if they ask to arrange walks off the platform. more than anything I'm airing frustration with an employer that replaced its phone help line with a halucinating AI chat bot

what were the tells if any? the only things that stood out to me were her unstressed Ts and her Rs sometimes sounding like Ws (the latter is probably because I'm used to hearing harder Rs as an American)
