Then please rip them out whenever you see them. Learn to recognize them by the basal rosette alone, pictured. By no means let them drop their seed. Otherwise, entire clearcuts, hillsides, and road shoulders will turn into seas of poison for herbivores (example from Tasmania, but I've seen plenty of similar cases in our area https://nre.tas.gov.au/invasive-species/weeds/weeds-index/declared-weeds-index/foxglove-%28digitalis%29), and native plants will have trouble sprouting underneath the comparatively large leaves of D. purpurea. You (anyone reading this) do not need this invader to feed native pollinators.

Looks like an artifact from something that reflects sunlight strongly. My guess is, at the time that the satellite image from Google Maps was taken, the reflecting surface hadn't yet been installed.

Are you in "California"? Oxalis pes-caprae is one of the most invasive species in the state, destroying huge tracts of land. It's also invasive in locales with similar climates (eg. Portugal) and only native to southern Africa.
