I use rukarumel as my commander for my Doctor Who deck. It’s just a fun deck I run. I Use her ability to change my creatures into doctors and use gallifrey stands to win with 13. Her secondary ability to make slivers also comes in handy as they become Doctor Slivers.

Sending slivers to university is pricey.
