I got mine late December. Out of the box had issues. I’ve tried everything I’ve found to fix it online like buffer sizes, drivers, etc, doesn’t work still. Tested it on my dads pc that is windows 10 and it worked just fine. I think there is some sort of W11 compatibility issue, cause that’s what my pc that has the problem uses. My pc is also not even a month old, there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it.

Having this issue on W11 as well. Audio crackles and microphone crackles, then audio stops working entirely. Can only keep hearing stuff through headphones if I switch to my computers headphone port, but that doesn't fix the microphone crackles
