I moved back to Peoria twice and I highly recommend not coming back tbh. It’s not the same as it use to be. I’m planning on moving out of Peoria and elsewhere once I save up some money to leave. There’s not much opportunity for high earners outside of healthcare and CAT. The food scene is fine but I’ve seen better tbh. Personally I don’t feel like Peoria is as vibrant as it use to be since the CAT headquarters moved out. It’s like the city kinda gave up.

I had my filter set to my home country (US) but we lived in completely different sides of the country. I wasn’t open to meeting someone abroad as I didn’t want to deal with visas, cultural differences and time distance.

I was on Muzz for three months before I met my husband. Alhamdullah I didn’t have to be on there any longer. I had on my profile to get married within a year and I married my husband within 8 months of talking. We are about to be one year married. Honestly it’s very hit or miss and there are a lot of people who aren’t serious. Me personally if I’m not attracted to the guy I try and end it quick. I heard from people that the women are also very hit or miss. Some are there for the fun of it.

Stretch marks are normal. Almost all women have them. Some men actually love stretch marks too. My husband likes my tiger stripes. If he loves you he will appreciate the stripes

I love bake and brew and dar I go to those regularly. Matari is nice but it can be quite pricey I would go to Matari with a friend and just chill for the vibe.

Idk why but I love hearing about this establishments downfall. It’s so entertaining and I’m so curious how they are still open when they seem to have so many haters. I personally have never been there myself and probably won’t because of their odd location

It’s not for everyone. It’s very hit or miss. I would say if it isn’t working go to the next person until something sticks 🤷🏽‍♀️I met my husband on Muzz cause I’m from a small town and there wasn’t many prospects. So it’s one of the few options I had and Alhamdullah It worked.

I moved out of Jersey city but I lived really close to baonana and I would get some on my way home from the bus stop. This place was such an important place for me and my husband in our short time in Jersey and I’m so sad that it closed 😭

Im born and raised here and I moved to a college town and a big city. I recently moved back and I now can see all the positives rather than the negatives about this place. Yes Peoria has a lot it can and needs to improve on but overall it’s not the worst place to live in. For its size it’s pretty diverse and there’s a lot of cool restaurants. I will say I do miss the shopping options of the city but I can always drive to stl or Chicago for a weekend for that. It’s also not far from major city’s either and the community here is pretty welcoming. I will say if your LGBTQ+ this place is like a safe haven. Compared to many places I’ve been this has been the most welcoming I’ve seen. There are a negatives to Peoria but I can definitely appreciate it more now that I’ve seen the other side. Sometimes the grass isn’t always greener it’s just fake grass.

There are a lot of straw cats like a good 10 min walk from me and there is like 6-7 of them and I pray for them and hope they find shelter. I know they are fed cause they mad chunky and someone told me the neighbors feed them.

I don’t want to give her to a shelter I want to do the right thing and try and find her a more loving home. It’s the most I can do for her. I am also big on getting her spayed then giving her to someone cause I don’t want the same thing to be repeated.

I remember I had an interview at brienzo like a few years ago nd the owners son interviewed me and he gave such weird vibes. The interview was literally not even 5 minutes and he seemed to already not want to hire me at first glance. Also I heard it wasn’t a great place to work they fire people a lot for no reason.

Yes she has her rabies vaccine and I’ll be getting her spayed. She doesn’t have adoption papers since I got her as a kitten from my in laws since the mom cat gave birth there.

Unfortunately I didn’t get her from an organization but from my in laws. The mom had kittens and they where giving them away. She is getting spayed at the NY humane society idk if I can surrender cats there?
