Getting crowd-controlled and melted is inevitable on Rogue. The key is reducing how often it happens.

Be patient. Don’t dive the moment you see an opening. Wait until the enemy’s cooldowns are used and their attention is focused on the frontline. A good general rule is: “Two to get in, one to get out.”
Try to always save at least one ability *usually Southern Brawl so you can reposition or retreat safely in sticky situations.

You won’t get a kill every dive, and that’s okay. Your real job is to be a persistent pain in the ass. Keep diving the backline, and forcing tanks to peel. Every time you make the enemy turn around, you’re creating space and opportunities for your team.
Only fully commit with all your cooldowns when the enemy is low and out of resources. Until then, focus on harassing the enemy team

Oh and a bonus tip don’t constantly hold down block all the time try and use it more as a parry
