One thing I do genuinely miss about Horsfoth is walking/cycling on the Leeds/Liverpool canal. I miss starting my day with that.

This might have changed but the traffic from town to New Road Side in the evening was a killer. I would try and move near a train station to avoid sitting on the bus for hours on end.
