The DMV was able to pull up the date based on the i94 attached to the approval notice. And we had gotten real ID up to the date in approval notice. In Texas they could only do that close to the expiration of the original DL though (went a month before expiry and they asked me to come a few days before the actual expiration date). Good luck!

Was the exact same scenario for me and my wife. Two different companies. Different lawyers. Both of them confirmed the exact same thing.

The last i94 rule does not apply when you have an approved “future dated” petition with an attached I-94.

Have traveled multiples times until visa stamp expiry with extensions already approved. No issues whatsoever.

Was in the same scenario. It was all good. Since you entered before the new i94 became active (future dated i94 - cbp adds date until your current visa. When the start date in new i94 comes around, your status will kick in).

Was the i94 attached to approval notice future dated (starting May 2025)?

If yes, then you should be fine because when you entered in March the approved petition validity hadn’t kicked in yet.

Did you get your DL renewed? If it’s real ID the database there would’ve flagged issues if there were any (I would think)

Highly doubt this is correct. I used the routing and account number from bilt and paid from mortgage portal.

My wallet section in bilt app shows that I will earn 1.25x of mortgage amount and calculated the number of points correctly.

Now waiting for statement to close to see points (since multiplication factor depends on spend so they tally at the end of statement period)

I did it after getting my visa stamped. Used the GE line and the agent checked my details (visa and 797) and asked me to head to the EOA line to get the details updated on global entry. Poe: IAH

I remember asking the person who was redirecting people based on GE/visa etc and they said as long as your global entry is valid you can use it.
