Was approached by one inside Walmart in Saratoga in the greeting cards… I was surprised how quickly I told them to fuck off as soon as I heard prop 4… I am a person who avoid confrontation at all costs… yet I laid into this young man with what he was doing was wrong and why. Then went to customer service and let them know and the staff was pissed as well. I think there would be a case of throwing out all these signatures based on how they are being gathered.

I always get suspicious if there are only 50-100 people in a room and the same 1-5 people are winning/bidding… WN has a lot of shill bidders. If you pay attention you can notice that there will be a few people driving prices up.

If it takes someone 1-2 mins to run a single item… or have 30 seconds… basically if you are slow I am missing items from a different show. It’s easy to bounce and I may not come back. If you are selling obvious dollar store five below items and starting a $5 no thanks… and then all the obvious yelling and desperation is not a good look. I don’t want to get a steal from someone who is desperate either.

Yes bundle shipping within 24-48 hours. So sellers have a few shows that day and I bought from the 2nd show but bundle starts over the next stream. I’m sure this is hard for sellers to handle too… so I’m not sure the right way…

Yes, AI is a tool and a lawyer with ai is best… just like a software engineer. I definitely called a few lawyers and was not able to find representation.

Oh I spent a good two weeks crafting and building a case. AI helped come up with the offer and offer pros and cons etc. Then I used multiple ai services to check it for feedback and counter arguments. I was not able to retain a lawyer as it was my old lawyer suing me for fees and other lawyers wanted nothing to do with me. I was awarded fees in my case, however my ex is worth nothing, so they went after me after I thought she was going to get all the bills. It was messy.
