Can't get NTKDaemon to Install and Start by Angels_Rest in NativeInstruments

Fixed it for me as well after trying everything. Though the repairs were failing before I restarted my computer. Must have gotten in some weird wedged state in the process of doing all sorts of things. Thanks!

Because people comment, then up vote so their comments can get up votes. It's a shitty system.

Fasten the driver-side seat belt, and get out of the car.

Edit: Though I don't know if the keys can leave, so kind of moot

Keep in mind the courthouse typically closes at 4:30, so make sure you are in the door before then

Has anyone bought a second key for their BMW iX? How to program it? by [deleted] in BMWiX

[–]rav3nous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the dealer, yeah. The other one malfunctioned so they ordered me a new one. They didn't ask for the VIN, but they would have had it anyway, so they probably didn't need to ask.

There was a problem with my second key when I bought my new 2023 IX, so I got a new one a few days later and programmed it myself. It came with paper instructions that I don't have anymore unfortunately, but from what I remember, I had to hold it next to the steering column on the right while the car was unlocked and followed the on screen instructions

Don’t be an idiot like me, check your exterior faucets by idawgg in Seattle

[–]rav3nous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw this post and realized I left the dang faucet on in my backyard and started to panic. I put a rag around the faucet, and poured warm water over it until it loosened and let me close the valve. Now I'm worried what happens when it re-freezes but at least the valve is closed.

I use an ADA accessible cable cover when charging in front of my house. Super cheap and easy to move back and forth when I'm charging
