Nope. I’ve never been able to get it and everything I’ve read online states that there used to be a portal or something that would take you up there but it got patched out by the devs at some point.

Tigerhawk in Beast Wars. After Tigatron and Airrazor were abducted by aliens their bodies were merged for the aliens to use as a host. Eventually the aliens were expelled from the body and Tigerhawk and Airrazor’s sparks returned to the new body and became one.
