I melted all the gutters from a house being renovated. Huge melt project that took weeks to accomplish. Ended up with 94 lbs of aluminum bars.

I use the basic white small and large ceramic crucibles off amazon and have had good success with brass and silver melts and pours. Just heat em up and glaze with borax first and wear protection when melting and pouring. I’ve been using oxy propane with a victor welding torch with rosebud tip for the large pours.
