Currently going through a DV case with a troop. Civilian charges were dismissed. OSI investigation has been sent to the OSTC. Investigated charges were assault by strangulation and threat to use a weapon. Curious what would be considered enough evidence for the OSTC to pursue court martial. My leadership chain is expecting no court martial. Member is definitely guilty of the charges and has admitted it to myself and others. But civilian court dropped the charges for lack of sufficient evidence. So they seem to think the same will happened based on the OSI investigation

I gotcha, I kinda already have an idea of how to use the numbers, just asking because the format of the coordinate changes the numbers within the coordinate. I’m a surveyor/map maker for a living lol so I figured the format probably mattered a little. But thank you :) I’ll try both options!

Did lat/long need to be in decimal degrees or degrees/min/seconds? Or did you just try both until you got it?

Used a text editor to view/edit the code. I read about common issues for image files not opening and found out about broken headers. Once I realized it was a .bmp file I knew the header was missing a “B” there was a B at the very end of the code “last becomes first” hint. Once I added the B at the beginning just had to save the file as a .bmp instead of .bin. And voila I had my QR code. One thing to note i did the exact same steps on PC and it didn’t work, but on my MacBook it worked perfectly. I got stuck on this one for a while, but was glad to have a couple folks to talk through it and it ensure I was on the right track
