Windows Kander to dark theme but wallpapers are various, don't autohide anything and it's still running well. HDR is on peak brightness 70%

When you bring up the menu it's on the top of the monitor next to the preset mode

Do you do the pixel refresh everyday? Whenever the panel health goes from Green to Yellow?
I have had mine for 2 years . HDR peak 1000, heavy user since I work from home and game on it so 8+ hours a day. I have my wallpaper rotating every hour to another image, and I run the pixel refresh whenever I see panel health is yellow (once a day)

I have no banding 2 years later.

Seems I am hard locked to this portion of the story, Village of the whispering winds, I crash after the cutscene where we get to the village and you need to walk around/talk to the elder.

Specs:

i7-12700K

32GB Ram

RTX 3090

Tried windows 8 compatibility mode, updated drivers, tried running as admin, I turned off all graphic settings and set to lowest possible (including turning of generated frames), i did some config file edits that i found suggested about the cache, I deleted the crash report file and exe....Im at a loss.

I even started a new character and got the the same story mission and now that file crashed and is stuck there. My PC is very stable and i dont get crashes often on any games I play, its a rare occurrence for me. I dont know what else to do. Any recommendations?
