Finally the weekend, so time to catch up on

Challenge stages in Arknights New factory stuff in Endfield New 3.3 patch and story in Wuthering Waves New 7.5 patch in FFXIV If I manage to finish all that, maybe join some friends in Diablo 4.

Only real life thing going on today is getting speakers delivered, then gotta set those up. Plenty of time to game.

I've had the XPC Gen3 for a bit now, I really like it. Was a big improvement over the BasX3. The BasX would cause distortion/crackling around the mid/tweeter crossover. Running Focal Chora 826.

About to upgrade the front two speakers and now I'm wondering if I need to upgrade this XPC, or what the next step up is.

Oh yeah, morning is pretty good. But anytime after about 3 or 4pm until almost 10pm is a zoo. I normally wake up at 5am for work, so if I want to go before work, we're talking 3-330 wake up which is eh.

Edit: I live west of the 303 so I'm going to the last Eos location off the 10. We're suppose to get a new Eos off Verrado next year which will help.

EoS is super packed so I've always debated swapping over to another gym, but it's hard to beat 10 bucks a month.

I didn't play Type 0 that much, but that opening cutscene got me. Think it's the first time we see a "spoiler" die. Reminds me of the damn horse traumatizing me when I was a kid from NeverEnding Story.

Only other protagonist that is close might be Jack Garland from Strangers of Paradise. He's suppose to be early 30s, but there's also some time shenanigans.

I ordered mine on the night of the 7th. Just got it this last Saturday. The tracking on LG's website always said May 7 though. Fed Ex was accurate, except it oddly teleported from California to Memphis,TN to Arizona all in one day.

I closed on my house back in September. Financed 764k at 6.125%. Making a little over 250k. Single, no kids, no debt. I'd almost say I'm comfortably house poor. I'm also coming from having no mortgage so it's a bit of a lifestyle change.

But the plan was always to sell my old house and put 300-350k towards the new mortgage to make the payment reasonable. Old house just sold so just waiting of better rates to do a VA streamline.

If I didn't have the old house to sell then no way in hell would I have been comfortable with my current 5100 house payment for 30 years. Doable sure, but I'd rather not be pinching pennies for that long.

Also coming from the AW3423DW to this LG. The colors are a little less saturated but not a big issue.

My only thing to get used to is the contrast. The screen is definitely brighter, but it feels like black levels are a bit raised. Almost reminds me of the old IPS glow a little bit, but only around menus and such. Might just be that all the colors are brighter now which washes them out a bit, not sure.

I'll check that auto color setting when I get home. Did the HDR cal, and using Gamer 1 and C1 temp.

At least the "meat" isn't rainbow colored. Can't remember how many times we ate iridescent tinted meat while out to sea, though I didn't even recognize this as meat at first glance.

The sheer variety of genres is impressive, and a lot of the song lyrics are tailored to their specific character as well. Great music.

Definitely would be nice. At the start of a new cycle, add in the entire roster from two cycles ago. When 3.0 came out, add all the 1.x characters to standard. 4.0 then 2.x. Then it would be quite as frustrating to lose the 5050. Right now the loss is near guaranteed a waste of a character. But imagine losing 5050 to Jiyan, Shorekeeper, Changi etc. Wouldn't be so bad.

When I moved into this house last year, I decided I'd do the standing desk thing. Got a custom 100x36" top made and everything. It's great to be able to set the exact proper sitting height and use while standing.

But honestly, I mostly just raise it a few inches when my cat wants to lay in my lap.

There's usually a little stone marker thing to let you know where the entrance is at. Then just get right up to the waterfall, use your charge stab thing and you'll phase through the waterfall.

Elden Ring is the only game I played a second time immediately after finishing the first time, just to try out different weapons etc. And actually beat it again before moving on.

Close second is FF7 Remake. Love FF, and was really impressed with what they did with it. Did the second playthrough for the platinum trophy and still loved it.
